Phew!
Hey everyone.Sorry for the long,long,loooooooooong pause.I wanna blog,but as usual I lack inspiration.
So....
How have you people been?
Tell me,I'd like to know.
You people are special,you know that?
I bet not everyone tells you you're special and means it.
Well, now someone is,
Me!
I'm tired today.Been to tuition from 9 to 11 then to my dad's office then out to lunch then to dance class(I take latin,btw)for a particularly tiring session then to Kimberly's house,(where somebody decided to attempt waxing with actual candle wax and some tape.Not much hair was removed,but I'm sure some skin was.)THEN I followed my mom to have her hair done,and finally I am home.GAH!
But I feel good actually.I might start dancing 5 times a week instead of three.
Let's hope I don't collapse.
Diana's guide to feeling good.
Step 1.Eat something good.Preferably chocolate.Why?Chocolate release endorphins into the body,which make you feel good!(Endorphins are not drugs!Don't worry)Bite into a corner of the chocolate.Don't chew!Let it melt on your tongue.Feels good?Keep doing it!Don't count calories all your life,enjoy yourself once in a while!
Step 2.Play some music.Something a little angry to get it out of your system,then something a little sad in case you need to cry it out then from there on,loud active music you can jump around or dance to.Get moving!Active movement release more endorphins into the body.That's why you feel good after excercise!
Step 3.After all that sweating,have a shower or a bath,whichever your more inclined to.Make sure the water's warm!
Step 4.Change into some comfy clothes and lie in your bed.If you must,sleep.When you make up,you'll be feeling better!But don't sleep for too long or else you'll end up feeling groggy of cranky.
